Formally contest a rating

Issuers and other interested parties may submit a formal correction request when they believe a PULSE Index rating contains a factual error. Reviews are conducted by an analyst other than the original rater, and resolutions are surfaced publicly on the rated asset's page.

Process & Expectations

We respond within 14 business days of submission.
Reviews are recused — assigned to an analyst other than the original rater.
Outcomes are published on the asset's page, including declined submissions with redacted submitter PII.
We do not negotiate ratings. We correct factual errors.
